Sagar Public School Gandhi Nagar  FEE RULES

2017-18

 

1.       Fee challan will be provided to all parents for payment of first quarter fee.

2.       No fee book will be provided to the parent from this session.

3.       Fee payment to be made by internet banking/cheque/DD favoring “Sagar Public School, Gandhi Nagar” or cash deposit in bank according to provided detail.

4.       Cheque/DD/Cash payment in any branch of ICICI bank will only be applicable in 1st Quarter.

5.       Post dated cheque will not be accepted. Please make separate cheque/DD for each student.

6.       Please write Student’s Name, Class, Section, Admission No. and Contact No. at the back of the cheque.

7.       In case, cheque is dishonored/returned from bank for any reason, fine of Rs. 200/- will be charged against reprocessing charges which will be charged in addition to late fee.

8.       Only online payments through ERP will be accepted from 2nd quarter onwards.

9.       To know about the fee detail you can login to ERP through parent login. ERP login button is available on the school’s website www.spsgn.ac.in

10.    Annual Charges have to be paid with first quarter fee only.

11.    Transportation Rules: - Transport fee is according to distance & has to be paid quarterly.

12.    The late fee of previous quarter has to be mandatorily deposited along with current due quarter fee. If the fee of one quarter remains unpaid after last date of fee submission of next quarter then the name of student is liable to be struck of the rolls. Rs. 10,000/- will be charged for readmission processing fee subject to availability of seats.

13.    The Final Progress Report and School Leaving Certificate will be issued only after all dues are cleared.

14.    Mid-session Admissions (After March): If any student takes admission in mid-session, then parents should submit receipts of fee paid for previous months in previous school, only then fee will be charged from the date of admission (subject to proper verification by accounts.) otherwise fee has to be paid from the starting of academic session of our school.

15.    Transportation (optional) and meal charges (optional) will be charged from the date of admission incase of new admissions. Annual charges will be charged for whole session. 

16.    If the child remains absent for 15 continuous working days without prior permission or intimation, the school has the authority to strike off the name of the child. If the child returns after a period of 15 days or more, then it will be treated as re-admission which will be at the discretion of the Principal and Rs 10,000/- will be charged as re-admission processing fee (subject to availability of seats).

17.    Rs 10 per day late fees fine will be charged separately for Annual Charges, Quarterly Fee and Bus Fee.

18.    Date of T.C. application will decide the fee to be charged by the candidate.

19.    In case of T.C. application, fee will be charged for the month of application & next month.

20.    It is advisable to apply for the T.C. by the end of month so that only the next month will be considered as the notice period.
