Career Counseling session on Careers in Management

An insightful Career Counselling session on “Careers in Management” was conducted for Commerce and Humanities students of Classes XI and XII on 25 August 2026. Led by Mr. Rahul Vaswani, the session offered valuable insights into diverse management career pathways. He introduced students to the IIM ecosystem, IPMAT examination and selection process, along with the importance of balancing hard and soft skills. Students were also familiarised with leading undergraduate programmes and reputed institutions such as Symbiosis, Manipal, Narsee Monjee and Christ University. The highlight was the 4-Tier Career Strategy—Aspirational Dreams, Realistic Stretch, Strong & Safe Choices, and Backup Safety Net. The session concluded with the inspiring message, “The Future Belongs to Early Mover".
